Originally from Vancouver, Canada I attended McGill University in Montreal and obtained my Bachelor's of Commerce degree specializing in Entrepreneurship and Cross Cultural Communications. I was then recruited by TD Bank to work in their Commercial Finance Division. Coinciding with my move to Los Angeles, I participated in UCLA's Real Estate Certificate Program where my passion for real estate blossomed. Upon graduation, I got my real estate license in both New York State as well as California. Shortly after obtaining my California real estate license, I was fortunate to get my first listing: an architectural, celebrity-owned, property in the Hollywood Hills. From there, I have continued to grow my client base with local, foreign, high-profile and celebrity clients; most of whom, are repeat and referral-based clients. If you scroll through my "Sold" section, you'll see I have sold the same property multiple times.

When working with Sellers, I do a deep market analysis, provide relevant comparable properties and provide honest feedback regarding pricing, marketing strategy and promotional materials. Then, upon listing, I personally show my listings. When clients hire me, they can be confident that I show up to each and every showing because no one knows the property better than me. I will be able to highlight my client's homes, explain its features and compel prospective buyers to make offers!

When working with Buyers, I take the time to explore my clients' different needs. From lifestyle, location, amenities, commute times; I help clients navigate their search and ensure they find homes with everything on their wish-list.The neighborhoods in which I specialize are Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood and Hancock Park. That being said, I've sold homes all over LA from Malibu, to Sherman Oaks as well.

I also have extensive experience helping clients purchase and sell investment/income properties. I have overseen several 1031 Exchanges to ensure this process is executed properly.

My Process for Home Buyers:

  1. First, I find out what you're looking for by asking the right questions - we'll uncover the lifestyle you want and the home to fit around it including day-to-day living, commute times, and more.
  2. Then I'll comb through my network of available homes and hand-pick those that fit what you're looking for (never auto-generated emails).
  3. Then I'll make us an appointment at the listings of your selection. We will view properties together, discuss pros and cons and narrow our search further. If I feel the home doesn't match what you're looking for, I will always tell you what I really think!

 

My Process for Home Sellers:

  1. If you're selling a home, I'll take a detailed inventory of recent sales of comparable properties in the neighborhood and discuss pricing with you.
  2. During that process, I'll point out any changes or updates we could make that will optimize the sale price and minimize the days on market (ie. touch up paint or staging).
  3. From here, I reach out to my extensive network to find buyers that are the right fit for your property, then arrange viewings and appointments as necessary.
